This mixed culture saison fermented with over 1# per gallon of Pawpaw from Integration Acres sold out of all the kegs at this years Ohio Pawpaw Festival. We held back part of the batch for any who couldn’t make it.

This years iteration spent more time developing in barrels and is more sour than last years accentuating the mango-like flavors of the Pawpaw.

Our new bottles are 500ml/16.9fl oz so the perfect in between size for sharing or maybe just enjoying yourself. These new labels are collectible trading cards so dust off your old baseball/magic/pokémon card binders and make some space.
