Catch For Us The Foxes - mixed culture saison fermented in wine barrels with wine grapes. The green wax version aged on white grape varieties Lacrosse, Lacressent, and Frontenac Blanc. Made with grain grown and malted in Ohio from Rustic Brew Farm and grapes grown locally in Southeast Ohio.

I am very excited to share these beers after lucking into some fantastic grapes I spent hours crushing and pressing. Plus the name is inspired by my favorite band mewithoutYou, so maybe put on their record with a glass of this.

Bottles are 1 pint 9.4 fl.oz.
